Frequently asked questions

The process begins with the digital capture of the footprint using a 3D scanner. The scan data is then sent to our 3D printer, which produces the insoles precisely and efficiently.

3D printing is faster, cheaper and more sustainable. It enables greater precision and significantly reduces material waste. The printing process can also be controlled remotely around the clock.

It usually takes less than 24 hours from scanning to the final insole.
The scans are captured during the day and the insoles are printed overnight so that they can be manually finished the next day.

We use high-quality, flexible and durable polymer materials that have been specially developed for the 3D printing of insoles. These materials offer optimum comfort, cushioning and support.
